"Stepping firmly on solid ground, facing a brand-new century, all Yueda people stride forward, firmly taking their destiny into their own hands…" The Song of Yueda People, the corporate anthem of Yueda Group, once won the First Prize in the National Corporate Song Competition. Throughout its entrepreneurial journey, Yueda people have fostered and developed a corporate culture system centered on the philosophy of "Shared Joy, Shared Prosperity".

At Yueda, fruitful and diverse achievements in corporate cultural development can be seen everywhere. In June 2012, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions awarded a bronze plaque of "Staff Library" to the staff reading room of Yueda Group. From April 15 to May 30, 2014, in the inaugural "Excellent State-owned Enterprise News Award" jointly organized by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) News Center and the Central SOE Media Alliance, the report A Car Rolls Off the Assembly Line in Over 50 Seconds submitted by Jiangsu Yueda Newspaper won the Excellent Award in the Feature Story category. Works submitted by Jiangsu Yueda Newspaper also claimed First Prizes in Jiangsu Provincial Excellent News Competitions.

In August 2015, Yueda partnered with Yancheng Radio and Television Station to launch the TV program Yueda New World. It built the Yueda Exhibition Hall, a venue for traditional education of the Group. The enterprise has provided financial support to the China Central Symphony Orchestra, the Voice of Dreams Choir of Yancheng Institute of Technology, the Nanjing Military Region Yueda Basketball Club, the Jiangsu Provincial Swimming Team, Yueda Hope Primary School, the Yueda Acrobatic Troupe, impoverished college students and out-of-school children, among others.
