A joint venture between Yueda Group and Kia Corporation of the Republic of Korea, Kia Motors Co., Ltd. boasts an annual production capacity of 900,000 units in Yancheng. The company has launched more than 30 new vehicle models, covering K-series sedans such as Pegas, K3, K4 and K5, as well as SUVs including Stonic, Sportage, KX3, KX5, Borrego and the fourth-generation Carnival. It has also developed and launched new energy vehicles such as the plug-in hybrid K3 and all-electric K3. Its product portfolio covers the full spectrum of passenger vehicles, with cumulative output exceeding 6 million units. The brand consistently ranks among the industry’s top performers in new vehicle quality index and customer satisfaction over the years. The company expands overseas exports, selling products to multiple countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.

Jiangsu Guorun New Energy Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd.

Established in December 2017, Jiangsu Guorun New Energy Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. has built a flexible intelligent production line for 10,000 medium and heavy-duty special vehicles with a total investment of RMB 180 million, plus a final assembly line for 10,000 all-electric logistics vehicles. Equipped with complete stamping, welding, coating and final assembly processes as well as advanced production and testing equipment, the company has achieved mass production capacity. Its main products include all-electric dump trucks, all-electric mixer trucks, fuel cell semi-trailer tractors and emergency rescue special vehicles. Products are sold nationwide and exported to more than ten countries and regions across Europe, America and Asia.

CATARC Automotive Test Center Co., Ltd.

Founded in March 2011, CATARC Automotive Test Center Co., Ltd. covers a land area of approximately 6,300 mu with a total test road mileage exceeding 60 kilometers. It can fulfill mandatory regulatory tests, R&D trials and export certification tests for nearly all automobile manufacturers and testing institutions, making it one of Asia’s largest third-party automotive test centers with comprehensive facilities and advanced technical indicators. On March 8, 2022, the company was listed on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Abbreviation: CATARC; Stock Code: 301215), becoming the first A-share listed enterprise specializing in automotive test tracks. Since the CATARC project settled in Yancheng in 2011, Yueda Group has actively participated in its construction and operation, holding a 29.25% stake as the second-largest shareholder after its IPO.

Founded in September 2019 as a joint venture between Jiangsu Yueda Investment Co., Ltd. and Beijing Changjiu Logistics Co., Ltd. — a listed logistics enterprise and China’s first A-share third-party automotive logistics provider — Jiangsu Yueda Changjiu Logistics Co., Ltd. capitalizes on the resource strengths of its shareholders to expand compliant transport capacity and optimize network layout, establishing a multimodal transport system integrating road, railway and water transport for finished vehicles. Its annual finished vehicle transport capacity reaches 800,000 units. It serves as Kia’s primary logistics supplier and also provides services for more than 10 mainstream OEMs including Beijing Hyundai, GAC Honda, Dongfeng, FAW and BAIC. Partnering with Jiangsu Post, the company expands postal delivery logistics and undertakes transport services for 156 secondary trunk routes across the province.

Covering a land area of 200 mu, it has formed an annual production capacity of 600,000 front windshields, 2 million rear windshields and panoramic sunroof glass units, 1.2 million regular sunroof glass units and 3.6 million door glass units. It supplies multiple mainstream automakers including Kia, Great Wall and Geely, while expanding its vehicle glass customer base to secure orders from Dongfeng Yulon, Iveco, Aoxin New Energy, Taihang Auto and others. It aggressively captures market share in sunroof glass and has entered a strategic cooperation with NSG Group to jointly develop the global OEM market.

Jiangsu Yueda New Energy Battery Co., Ltd.

Founded in May 2016 through a joint venture with Hyundai Mobis Co., Ltd., the world’s seventh-largest automotive component supplier, Jiangsu Yueda New Energy Battery Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of new energy vehicle battery modules, battery packs, battery systems and related components. The company plans to build an export base for hybrid power batteries with a total planned investment of RMB 60 million, capable of exporting 80,000 sets of hybrid batteries per year upon completion and generating an additional annual sales revenue of RMB 700 million.

Tianjin EV Power Co., Ltd.

Founded in April 2009 and located in Tianjin Xiqing Automotive Industrial Zone, Tianjin EV Power Co., Ltd. operates a production base in Yancheng in partnership with Yueda Group. The company focuses on the design, R&D, manufacturing and sales of lithium-ion power batteries for new energy vehicles, with major clients including Great Wall, Chery, SINOMACH, Hozon and other well-known brands. It currently boasts an annual production capacity of 4 GWh of power batteries, including 2.5 GWh at the Yancheng base and 1.5 GWh at the Tianjin base. Phase II of its 4 GWh power battery project in Yancheng is under accelerated construction.

Established in July 2012, Jiangsu Yueda Yanfeng Automotive Components Co., Ltd. primarily supplies seats for Kia.
